Infant

Classroom Curriculum

Infants grow, explore, and learn more about themselves and their environment daily. In the infant classroom, care is the curriculum as infants acclimate to their daily routine of naps, meals, diapering, and playtime in a school setting.

Our staff is trained to offer activities and materials that encourage sensory exploration, independent movement, connection to nature, and social-emotional regulation while building a joyful and inclusive classroom community.

Music Education

Infants constantly take in new information about the sights and sounds around them. Rock and Roll Daycare music specialists connect with their voices, instruments, and simple props to engage infants with foundational music concepts through purposeful play.
Specialists immerse infants with early childhood repertoire, world music selections, distinct textures of sound, and new keys and rhythms. As they play and sing, caregivers shake, bounce, sway, and tap along for an interactive music experience that builds community and spreads joy.

Cultural Curriculum

Infants learn culturally through new materials and experiences introduced in their environment.

Photo cards, dolls and toys, fabrics, simple picture books, recorded music, live music performance in classes, and open-ended sensory exploration immerse infant students in the sound and feel of many world cultures from a formative age.
